Seller and program
OnlineCourse is provided by Developer LLC. Your order identifies the AI class, live dates, schedule, participant count and price. Delivery is live online. Daytime Standard sessions run 11:00 AM–5:00 PM EST; Crash Evening sessions run 7:00–9:30 PM EST. EST means fixed UTC−05:00. Software licenses are separate.
Enrollment choices
Choose the 2-Day AI Intro, 5-Day AI Intensive or 10-Day AI MasterClass. The AI MasterClass includes 2 Intro days, 5 Intensive days and 3 Capstone days. Capstone is available only with the full AI MasterClass.
Group pricing and payment
Seats in the same class, dated cohort and schedule, in one order. Different classes and schedules do not combine for a discount. The payment route uses the total seats across the order. Orders support 1–500 seats. Card payment with 3-D Secure applies to 1–20 seats; verified wire applies to 21–500. Payment is in full, with no installments, payment plans or coupons. Enrollment is confirmed only when funds settle.

Cancellation, changes and credit
The following policy is part of every purchase.
Before your program starts
Full refund for a cancelled live program before its first scheduled session begins, including individual and group purchases and an approved MasterMind season.
After the start
No refund after the purchased program starts, including dissatisfaction or absence, except for a session the provider fails to deliver. Statutory rights are unaffected.
If you miss a day
A missed day has a guaranteed place on the same curriculum day in a later cohort, free of charge, within twelve months of the original cohort's last scheduled day. After this window, new enrollment uses the then-published fee; day credits have no cash value and cannot buy a different curriculum day.
Repeat a day you attended
An attended day may be repeated without charge within the same twelve-month window, subject to space.
One free transfer
One free transfer of the whole seat or its unused days to a later cohort, in either published format, without a reason or a price increase, within twelve months of the original cohort’s last scheduled day. A day already consumed on one format is consumed on both; unused curriculum days are portable across dates and formats.
Build toward the AI MasterClass
The amount actually paid for Intro and/or Intensive can be credited once toward one MasterClass enrollment within twelve months of each purchase. Intro and Intensive do not credit each other. No credit toward other programs, software or cash.
If we do not deliver a day
For a day not delivered by OnlineCourse, the purchaser chooses that same day in a later cohort at no charge or a refund at the per-day rate actually paid. The undelivered day's twelve-month clock restarts.
Where refunds go
Refunds return to the originating payment account. An organization-funded payment is not refunded to an individual or a different account.
Attendance and delivered days
A day that runs is delivered for cash-refund purposes even if a participant is absent. Partial attendance consumes the day; the published join/leave threshold is fifteen minutes. This does not remove missed-day or space-available resit rights.
Live participation and privacy
No sessions are recorded, filmed, stored or transcribed. Attendees may not record, capture screens or transcribe sessions. An organization can receive seat assignment, attended days, missed days and the fact of a decline, not session content.
Payment disputes
A payment dispute does not itself cancel enrollment, undo a delivered day or extinguish a valid payment obligation. This does not restrict statutory payment or dispute rights.
Requests and records
Submit an enrollment request with your order credentials. Approved refunds return only to the original payment account. We retain the terms version accepted with your order; changes to this page do not retrospectively change your accepted terms.
