Choose one recurring leadership decision and two sample or sanitized updates that inform it. Run the starter prompt, then compare its brief with your own reading. Revise the instructions to fix one weak assumption or missing review step. Bring that version as the starting point for your class project.

Help me prepare an executive decision brief from the sample or sanitized business updates I provide below. Use only that material; do not invent missing facts, numbers, benchmarks or sources. If essential context is absent, ask focused questions before recommending a direction. Identify the leadership decision, the options supported by the material and the constraints attached to each. Separate recorded facts, explicit assumptions and unresolved questions. For every substantive claim, cite the supplied document or section that supports it. Show conflicting performance figures side by side rather than choosing one silently. Produce a one-page brief with: decision required, evidence, options and tradeoffs, assumptions to test, and questions for named business functions. If an owner is not given, mark the owner unassigned. Finish with the evidence that leadership should verify before approving a next step. Keep the decision with the executive reviewer. Is this an executive coaching engagement?
These are shared live online AI classes. You shape your practice project around your responsibilities, experience and goals. The focus is building AI skills for your own leadership work, rather than private coaching or a consulting engagement.
How does Crash Course compare with Full Course?
Crash Course covers the same curriculum in a more concentrated format. It is designed for learners with some exposure to AI who need less time to get up to speed on the fundamentals. Full Course gives more live time to the fundamentals and practice. Both teach the same curriculum and project progression.
What makes the full AI MasterClass the most valuable option?
